In celebration of colour and anti-stress art therapy for adults, please enjoy a bit of free colouring here at the Wildersoul Colouring Book for adults and children. Just print out and add colour any way you wish. Some of these designs have been painted on floors, printed on fabric and coloured with fabric paint, or burned into woodblocks.

3 Easy Steps:

  1. Find your colouring pencils, crayons or markers
  2. Choose your favourite colour
  3. Start making the marks that are yours alone.

Use the designs as a starting point for your own ideas or projects!

Hope you enjoy the article, and feel that you have full permission to colour your world, just the way you want it.

Happy colouring,

~WilderSoul

    1. All is well OM. I am going to attempt publishing my colouring pics in newspapers. Hasn’t it taken off as a global craze? I just googled “news colouring books” and “nzherald colouring books” and was most surprised. People are paying $10 entry to Colouring Book nights in Toronto! Adults are meeting over red wine to relax and colour together in a cozy group. Well, I never! Well done on your over a million followers by the way!
