Welcome to the Wildersoul Colouring Book

“Dedicated to you wilder souls who want to leap out from between the lines and express what is truly inside.”

It’s the “DIY – Wildersoul Colouring Book II: Art Therapy Self Help Education Resource” and for short I call it the DIY Colouring Book. Got a bit carried away naming that one!! Anyway, if you have coloured between the lines and want a bit more freedom to express yourself, try out the new DIY Colouring Book from Wildersoul. Love to hear what you think. Meantime…

Come on in and discover an assortment of colouring pictures freely shared by a survivor of trauma who found colouring helped to heal from post-traumatic stress. Some pictures are what you would expect of a traditional colouring book, and others are an example of how colouring and drawing can help to express what is inside. It is not about creating a masterpiece for investors, but rather to allow a means of communication and a way to process and release emotion-filled memories of trauma.

Free online colouring book: Full of downloadable printable colouring pictures. Just add a little colour, or a lot… All of these colouring pictures can be found within the Wildersoul Colouring Book blog, especially in blog posts from the first few months of 2013.

Wildersoul Colouring Book blog: Check out the latest posts. More than your ordinary colouring book. The blog is open to change and the focus for the Summer of 2016/17 is on promoting do-it-yourself colouring books and the release of the brand new “DIY – Wildersoul Colouring Book II” available from Amazon.com, CreateSpace.com and other retail outlets. The author invites you to start your own creative journey and wishes you all the best for a healthy creative mind.

Creating 365 days worth of colouring pictures was the initial challenge of the Wildersoul Colouring Book blog and it was completed in six months. It seems that taking up the challenge of creating something every day is healthy in itself. This is especially true when coupled with contributing to the community, or doing something for others. The social setting of a blog provides a beautiful supportive atmosphere of fellow creatives.

Please feel free to step in and explore…
